Balloonaphant; Blender Pokemon

I was inspired to do some fanart by the Drawfee crew (https://www.youtube.com/c/Drawfee) of Nathan's pokemon design. I wanted to capture the Pokemon Stadium style and then after I wanted to challenge myself to make a 90's illustration using shaders.
